I recently was introduced to the concept of The Johari Window through a lesson in communication, it sparked an interest in my mind to all the abstract potential of the interpersonal assessment. So here I share :)

It's called The Johari 'Window' due to the shape of the chart the "areas of the self" are broken down into. Shown below is a typical Johari Window diagram, including the 4 elements.
