A list of a variety of herbs, foods and fungi you can implement into your diet to optimize health and feel better !

Inflammatory foods :


Inflammation: a part of the body becomes reddened, swollen, hot, and often painful, especially as a reaction to injury or infection.

Effects:

Sustaining a diet that contains mostly inflammatory foods can have substantial effects on your mind, body and spirit.

On the outside, the effects of this diet can cause acne, skin irritation or discoloration.

Within- an array of chronic health conditions can arise. Besides common chronic pain, discomfort and brain fog, excess inflammation in the body can lead to autoimmune diseases like lupus and arthritis. Depression, chrons disease, osteoporosis, and obesity are all also inflammation-based conditions. Keep in mind that even cancer is localized chronic inflammation.
