I specialize in healing all aspects of life by assessing and implementing different variations of balancing, grounding, gratitude, consumption, and action! Certified, Professional Doula
I provide services pertaining to the physiological, emotional, and spiritual realms of the evolution of motherhood- including but not limited to the child bearing, labor and birth experiences.
Health Consultant
I also provide advice, personalized plans and charts pertaining to physical and mental health. Included but not limited to, dietary advice, personalized exercise regimens, natural fertility enhancement, meditation classes, and more.
Artist
A Birth Doula is a professional caretaker in a very intimate realm of life. Due to this nature I open myself fully to the client. If interested, I provide artistic services to help commemorate the motherhood experience. Including but not limited to, photography, photo album and scrapbook creation.
